Mrs. Simpkins was a resident of Spanish Lakes 1 Mobile Home Park in Port Saint Lucie.
Survivors include her husband of 33 years Frank Simpkins of Port Saint Lucie, FL, brother, Donald Strahle of Toronto, Canada, sister Nadine Thompson of Oak Ridge Park, IL.
