John W. Brown, 83, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away June 4, 2010 in Port Saint Lucie. Mr. Brown was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, moving to Port Saint Lucie 14 years ago form Ocean City, New Jersey. He was retired from hotel management. Mr. Brown was a Disabled American Veteran having served with the United States Navy during World War II.

Survivors include his son, Dr. Jeffrey M. Brown of Fort Pierce; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Brown is preceded in death by his wife, Jennie L. Brown, and a daughter, Janice Wiegand.
