Yves J. Benoit, 60, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away August 7, 2011 at Saint Lucie Medical Center, Port Saint Lucie, FL. Mr. Benoit was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and moved to Port Saint Lucie from Queens, NY in 2003.
Yves was employed with the Saint Lucie County School District as a bus driver and a attended New Jerusalem Worship Center of Port Saint Lucie.
Survivors include his wife of 14 years Yanick Benoit of Port Saint Lucie, daughters Yves-Marie, Barbara, Mariah, and Yvesanna Catelina, sons Kervin, and Brandon,four grandchildren, mother, Catelina Benoit of Miami, FL, sister Marie-Lourdes Benoit of Miami, FL.

Funeral Information

The family will receive friends August 13, 2011 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at Yates Funeral Home Port Saint Lucie Chapel. Funeral Service will follow at 6:00pm at the funeral home chapel with Reverend Abdias Jules officiating.
