Elveta Evadney Baker, 68, of Port Saint Lucie passed away December 9, 2011 at Saint Lucie Medical Center, Port Saint Lucie, FL Mrs. Baker was born in Jamaica West Indies and moved to Port Saint Lucie from New York City in 1986.
Mrs. Baker was a pastor of The True Vine Worship Temple of Fort Pierce, Florida. She volunteered at the Fort Pierce Police Athletic League.
Survivors include her husband of 24 years Carlton Baker of Port Saint Lucie, FL, daughters Carol, Karlene, Maureen, Nadia, and Paulette, sons, Junior, and Eric, stepdaughters, Kerry, Notlee, and Tamuique, eleven grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers.

Funeral Information

A gathering of friends and family will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am December 24th at The True Vine Worship Temple 603 Tumblin Kling Road, Fort Pierce. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am with Pastor Owen Thompson officiating at the Temple. Interment will follow at White City Cemetery.
