Caroline Marie Kofod

Caroline Marie Kofod, 93, of Port Saint Lucie, FL passed away on August 08, 2010 at Life Care Center of Port Saint Lucie. She was born on June 14, 1917 in Bronx, New York to parents Marie and Charles Queitisch. Caroline married her late husband, Richard H. Kofod, in 1937, and proved to become a gifted homemaker. They were snow birds for many years before coming to Port Saint Lucie from Montauk, New York in January of 2001.
Caroline was a volunteer for Mustard Seed ‘n’ Jesus House of Hope for many years. She was also a greeter for Harbor Place Residents.
Caroline was preceded in death by her husband, Richard. She is survived by her three daughters, Carole Bonicelli, Elaine Marie Kofod, and Lisa Kofod, as well as three grandsons, two great grandchildren, and her brother, Charles.
