Robert "Bob" T. Corbin

Robert “Bob” T. Corbin, 89, of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away February 16, 2012 at Treasure Coast Hospice of Fort Pierce. Mr. Corbin was born in Granville, Ohio, moving to Fort Pierce in 1955 from Columbus, Ohio. He retired after 27 years of service from the City of Fort Pierce as Head Draftsman in the Engineering Department. Mr. Corbin was a veteran of World War II, serving with the United States Army in the European Theater of Operations. He was a member of University Lodge #631, Free and Accepted Masons, Columbus, Ohio. He was a member and Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Port Saint Lucie, Florida.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Shirley E. Corbin of Fort Pierce; son, Steven R. Corbin of Fort Pierce; daughter, Ann E. Corbin of Fort Pierce; and twin brother, William J. Corbin of Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Corbin is preceded in death by his son, Douglas A. Corbin.

Funeral Information

Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., February 24, 2012 at Yates Funeral Home, Fort Pierce. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., February 25, 2012 at First Presbyterian Church, 2404 Walton Road, Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
