Virginia Wade Jacobs

Virginia Wade Jacobs, 87 of Port Saint Lucie passed away October 8, 2011 at ST. Lucie Medical Center. Mrs. Jacobs was born in Lakeland, FL she lived in Miami until 1960 moving to Jensen Beach, FL. She moved to Port Saint Lucie in 1984. In 1988 she retired as a nursing assistant working at Martin Memorial Hospital. She also worked for several private duty agency. Mrs. Jacobs was a graduate of Indian River Sate College 1972. She was a member of Jensen Beach Baptist Church.

She was predeceased by her husband Willie Andrew Jacobs in 1988.

Survivors include two sons, Dr. Timothy A. Jacobs (Carolyn) of Tampa, Fl and Jeffery D. Jacobs (Rebecca) of Fort Pierce, FL; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
