Ary Pires, 77 of Port Saint Lucie passed away February 17, 2012 at Indian River Medical Center Vero Beach, FL. Mr. Pires was born in Rio DeJaneiro, Brazel. He move to Port Saint Lucie in 1997 from Berlin, CT. Mr. Pires was retired from Chandler-Evans Company in West Hartford, CT. He was a member of the Portuguese American Athletic Club.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years Maria Emilia Pires of Port Saint Lucie; two sons Victor M. Pires (Tisha) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Francisco Pires (Carol) of Southington, CT; daughter Maria Lucy Baker of Plainville, CT; five grandchildren; brother Antonio Pires of Port Saint Lucie, FL.
