Elizabeth "Betty" Waldron, 90, of Fort Pierce, Florida, formerly of Califon, New Jersey, left this world on March 10, 2010. Born in Bound Brook, New Jersey on February 5, 1920 to the late James S. and Frances Clark Taggart, she graduated from Bound Brook High School in 1937 and attended Blackstone College. Betty worked as an Executive Secretary for Johnson & Johnson and the US Government Supply Depot in Belle Meade. Betty was a member of Eastern Star Chapter #100 and the Califon Methodist Church. She shared her husband's interest in trap shooting, fishing and boating, spending many summer seasons on their cabin cruiser at the Jersey Shore. She was predeceased by her husband, Marc C. Waldron, Jr. in September, 2009. Betty is survived by her son, Edward Waldron and his wife, Lynn, of Manchester, New Jersey; daughter, Gale DelNero of Tafton, Pennsylvania and Fort Pierce; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jane Purkiss and her husband, "Bud", and Linda Carmen and her husband, Lloyd. Funeral InformationA Graveside Service will be held at the Family Plot in Lower Valley Cemetery, Califon, New Jersey at 11:00 a.m., April 17, 2010. All are welcome to attend. Donations Information
