Dolore F. “Bilito” Gutierrez, 87, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, died March 9th, 2010 at Saint Lucie Medical Center, Port Saint Lucie. Born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, he had been a resident of Port Saint Lucie since 1999, coming from Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, New York.

An Army Veteran, he was employed by Diamond Architecturals, Inc., a construction company in New Rochelle, New York until he retired in 1991.

He is survived by his Wife of 56 years, Carmen Gutierrez, of Port Saint Lucie; one son, Edwin Acevedo of Roscoe, New York; two brothers, Francisco Gutierrez-Pizarro of Leesburg, Florida & Juan G. Martinez of Elizabeth, New Jersey; & five grandchildren.

He was predeceased by two brothers, Arcensio Fuentes-Gutierrez & Jose Fuentes-Gutierrez; & one sister, Margie Candelaria.

Funeral Information

Services and Interment will be in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn, New York.
