Richard M. Vescera, 70, of Spanish Lakes in Port St. Lucie, Florida, died December 12, 2009 at the Saint Lucie Medical Center, in Port St. Lucie. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, he had been a resident of Port Saint Lucie for three months coming from Cranston, Rhode Island.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Joan M. Vescera of Port St. Lucie; his Mother, Maria Otis of Singer Island, Florida; one sister, Barbara D. Coutu of Port St. Lucie; three step-daughters, Judy Parente of Port St. Lucie, Kimberly Balkcom of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, & Lori Zegarsewski of Warwick, Rhode Island; & two nephews, Anthony Coutu-Parente of Port St. Lucie & Louis Coutu of Coconut Creek, Florida.

Funeral Information

A Graveside Service will be December 15th at 11:00 a.m. at the White City Cemetery, 3800 Sunrise Blvd, Fort Pierce
