Yvonne “Bonnie” Wheeler, 68, died November 04, 2009 in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The daughter of Farley & Lucille Williams, she was born in Bergoo, West Virginia, moving to Okeechobee, Florida from Dayton, Ohio in 1978. Mrs. Wheeler was a Walmart Associate for 17 years and a member of the North Church of God.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Jack L. Wheeler; her daughter, Rita & Rob Howett of Tony, Alabama; 4 sons, Jack & Debbie Wheeler of Jensen Beach, Florida, Mike & Becky Wheeler of Tipp City, Ohio, Tim Wheeler of Okeechobee, Florida & Jason Wheeler of Port St. Lucie, Florida; 3 siblings, Jim & Diane Porter of Lancaster, Ohio, and Wayne & Linda Parker of Elyria, Ohio; Gene & Wanda Williams of West Milford, West Virginia; her Mother, Lucille Williams of Lancaster, Ohio; 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Information

A visitation will be held November 08, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. at Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home, until 4:00 p.m. A Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home in Okeechobee, Florida, with Saint Lucie County Sheriffs Chaplain, Dave Thompson, officiating.
