Victor J. Marcial

Victor J. Marcial, 88 of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away, January 17, 2012 at a local Hospice House. Mr. Marcial was born in Jamaica, Queens, New York, moving to Port Saint Lucie from Islip, Long Island, New York. He was formerly employed at Gruman Aircraft, Republic Aircraft and retired after 30 years as Chief Mechanic with Lockheed Aircraft. Mr. Marcial was a veteran of World War II, serving with the 8th Air Force in the European Theater of Operations.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Charlotte Marcial of Port saint Lucie; daughter Linda Barrette of Smithtown, New York; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sister Evelyn Vannoy of Ohio.
Mr. Marcial is preceded in death by his son, Victor James Marcial; daughter, Doreen Marcial Skovsgard; and sister, Elsie Walsh.

Funeral Information

Friends may call from 12 noon until 2:00 PM January 23, 2012 at Yates Funeral Home, Port Saint Lucie.
A Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial with military honors will follow at White City Cemetery.
