Dorothy May Blum

March 25, 1926 - January 14, 2010

Dorothy May Davis Blum, age 83, of Fort Pierce, Florida died January 14, 2010 at her home. Dorothy was born in Beloit, Wisconsin coming to Fort Pierce in 1992 from Indiana. She worked for General Motors in the Paint Department before retiring. Dorothy was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church of Port Saint Lucie. She also belonged to the American Legion, Post #318, as well as the local Moose Lodge.

Dorothy is survived by three daughters, Renee Rast of Fort Pierce, Melody Gandy of Vero Beach and Lita Hubert of Omaha, Nebraska; two sons, Lonny Blum of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Howard Blum of New York; sister, Alberta Davis Buzzo of Beloit, Wisconsin; eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Dorothy is preceded in death by two sons, Terry Lynn Rast and Calvin Dean Blum; and two grandsons Preston Builte and Nicholas Blum.
