William J. Dugan

William J. Dugan, 70, of PGA Village in Saint Lucie West, Florida, died January 29, 2010 at the Treasure Coast Hospice House in Fort Pierce, Florida. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was a winter resident of Port Saint Lucie from 2002, moving permanently to Florida in 2007 from Manchester, New Jersey, where he still maintained a residence.

He was an Executive with Welch, Holme, & Clark, Inc., in their Newark, New Jersey Office for fifty years until retiring in 2009. An avid golfer, he was a member of the PGA Country Club in Saint Lucie West, and the Renaissance County Club in Manchester, New Jersey.

He is survived by his Wife of 49 years, Joan L. Dugan of Port Saint Lucie; two daughters, Debbie L. Dolce of West Orange, New Jersey and Patty J. Barbosa of Port Saint Lucie; one son, William J. Dugan, Jr. of Wantagh, New York; and four grandchildren.

A Memorial Service followed by lunch to be held Friday, February 19th, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., at Mayfair Farms, West Orange, NJ
