Martha Ellen Rye
December 14, 1920 - July 27, 2010
Martha Ellen Rye, 89, of Vero Beach FL, formerly of Fort Pierce, FL, passed away on July 27, 2010 at Palm Garden of Vero Beach. She was born on December 14, 1920 in Ewing, KY. After college, Martha enjoyed her career as a secretary for Driftwood Fruit Company. She married her loving husband, Wayne T. Rye, Jr. in 1944, and they relocated to Florida from Flemingsburg, KY in 1957. Martha was a life long member of Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne, brother H.H. Stout, and sister Betty Jean Grannis.
Survivors include her children Tommy Rye, and wife Linda, and Steven Rye, as well as 4 grandchildren.
