Francisca Vega-Ugarte, 87, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida passed away May 6, 2010 at Palm Garden of Port Saint Lucie. Born in Puerto Rico, Francisca came to Port Saint Lucie in 2004. She was a Dress Maker and Shop owner in Puerto Rico.

Mrs. Vega-Ugarte is survived by two sons, Juan Arocho & Jorge Arocho, both of Port Saint Lucie; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A private service will be held by the family.

Inurnment will be in Puerto Rico at a later date.
