Ruth A. Mincey, 69, of Fort Pierce, FL, died August 21,
2010 at the Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce. Born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, she came to Fort Pierce, Fl from Altoona,PA.She was a CNA at Larrel Point prior to her retirement. She was faithfully affiliated with Southside Christian Church. Survivors include husband of four years and one day Watson Mincey, daughter Laura Tisdale,son in law William Tisdale, and two grandsons Erick and Chad. She was preceded in death by her first husband Robert Hardee. A memorial service will be held at the Southside Christian Church Wednesday August 25, 2010 at 1:00PM.
