Edwin C. Schneider

Edwin C. Schneider, 78, of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, died June 14, 2010 at Martin Memorial Medical Center North in Stuart, Florida. Born in Bay Shore, New York, he had been a resident of Port Saint Lucie since 1987, coming from his birthplace.

Prior to retirement, he was a Police Officer in Security in Islip, New York. He was Veteran, serving with the United States Air Force (SAC) in Korea and was a Life member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-five years, Maria R. Schneider of Port Saint Lucie; his Children, Edwin C. Schneider, Jr., Denise Parrinello, Debbie Mawbray, Kathleen Ednie, Roger Schneider, & James Schneider; one brother, Bob Schneider; nineteen grandchildren; & seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral Information

A Visitation will be held June 16, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., at the Yates Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Saint Lucie Chapel.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated June 17, 2010 at 12:00 p.m., at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2330 SE Mariposa Avenue, Port Saint Lucie.

Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Jensen Beach.
