Michael J. Oliver, 83, of Fort Pierce, Florida, died April 06, 2010 at Saint Lucie Medical Center in Port Saint Lucie. Born in Iselin, New Jersey, he had been a resident of Fort Pierce for fifteen years coming from North Miami, Florida.

He was the Chief Operator of Waste Water Management for Miami-Dade and Broward Counties for thirty-four years until his retirement and was a Veteran serving two tours of duty in the United States Navy.

Survivors include his Wife of sixty years, Florence L. Oliver of Fort Pierce; one daughter, Diane L. Oliver of Fort Pierce; six sons, Michael P. Oliver of Ponce de Leon, Florida, Robert L. Oliver of Fort Pierce, Glenn D. Oliver of Indialantic, Florida, Bruce E. Oliver of McKinney, Texas, Scott W. Oliver of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, & Douglas F. Oliver of Mount Dora, Florida; & nine grandchildren.

Funeral Information

Services and Interment will be held privately by the family at a later date.
