June I. "MeMaw" Wilson, 82 of Fort Pierce, Florida passed away March 17, 2011 in Fort Pierce. Mrs. Wilson was born in High Shoals, Georgia, moving to Fort Pierce in 1945 from Monroe, Georgia. She was the former owner and operator of Artistic Flower Shoppe and was associated with Chaney’s House of Flowers and Betty Ann Florist. Mrs. Wilson was the past-president of the P.T.A. at two local schools. She was a charter member of Community United Methodist Church of Fort Survivors include 3 daughters, Brenda Grape of Cleveland, Tennessee, Pamela and her husband Marty Limberis of Fort Pierce and Sallie Shaw of Fort Pierce; son, Bradley Wilson of Fort Pierce; 6 grandchildren, Ashley Shaw, Tanaye Limberis, Brandi Limberis, Nikki Limberis, David Grape and Hayley Wilson; 8 great-grandchildren, Kayla, Brooke, Amber, Dellavontay, Joe, Aubriyonna, Jordan, and Jaden; 2 sisters, DeRon Glenfeldt of Boynton Beach, Florida, and Gwen Pierce of Stone Mountain, Georgia.
Mrs. Wilson is preceded in death by her husband, Myron "Big Daddy" Wilson; daughters, Myra Elaine Wilson, Cheryl Wilson, Carol Armstrong; brothers, Kent Ingram and Elwyn Ingram.

Funeral Information

Friends may call 4:00PM-7:00PM on March 21st at YATES FUNERAL HOME, FORT PIERCE.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM, March 22nd at the Community United Methodist Church with Rev. Daniel Baker, Pastor, officiating.
